Cities that fall under this belt for capturing high density resource of wind are Tokyo, New York and Seoul that are affected by polar jet streams and result in producing high altitude winds. New York has got the highest potential amongst these. These kite shaped wind turbines came to picture to heighten the level of conventional wind turbines to the sky level attitude and absorb gamut of such powerful wind energy.
